Tutor Administrative Fee Description (Effective July 1, 2026)
Tutor Circle platform fully adopts the "Fixed Regular Lesson Number System" for administrative fee calculation. After deducting the corresponding administrative fee, 100% of all subsequent lesson fees belong to the tutor, and the platform will not take any subsequent commission.
The following is a list of tutor administrative fee calculations and important notes:

(Note 1: Group cases are also calculated based on the total tuition fee per lesson for the entire class.)
(Note 2: For cases where it is clearly stated at the time of application that it is a one-off tutoring session or the required tutoring period is no more than one month, the administrative fee will be explained separately.)
- Regular Standard: The collection of administrative fees will always be based on the "regular number of lesson hours and number of lessons per week" promised by the parents and the platform at the time of case matching as the final calculation criterion.
- Lesson Changes: If any circumstances cause a regular change in the regular number of lessons or the duration of each lesson for a matched case, the total administrative fee will be adjusted accordingly based on the above standards; if it is a change in the tutoring date, or a temporary increase or decrease in the number of lessons/duration, the total administrative fee will not be changed, but the collection schedule will be postponed or advanced accordingly according to the actual lesson progress.
- Transition: All old cases successfully matched before July 1, 2026, will continue to be calculated according to the terms at the time of matching.

Termination within two weeks (half of the tuition for lessons already attended) means that if service is terminated due to parent/student personal reasons during the administrative fee period, the tutor can apply for a tuition refund from us to ensure they receive half of the tuition for lessons already attended. ➤ Example(1) Lesson info: One lesson per week, 1.5 hours per lesson, $200/hour, tuition per lesson is $300. Administrative fee: Two weeks administrative fee is $600. Termination: Terminated after only one lesson costing $300. Refund calculation: Tuition for attended lessons is $300, tutor can apply for a $150 refund from us, receiving half of the tuition for attended lessons. | ||
