Tutor Fee Reference
The administrative fees are charged based on the number of regular classes promised by parents and Tutor Circle. Even if parents or tutors are temporarily absent from class or change the tutoring time for any reason, the total administrative fees will not increase or decrease accordingly; however, if due to any reason If circumstances increase the number of regular classes or tutoring time, the total administrative fee will be adjusted accordingly, and the tutor shall not object.

- If the case tuition is $120 per hour or less, the administrative fee is capped at three classes of tuition
- If the case is for more than three classes per week, the administrative fee will be capped at the tuition fee for three classes.
- After the administrative fee is adjusted, it will not exceed the original upper limit (please refer to the explanation above)

Terminate within two weeks (Half of tutor classes lapsed) means that tutors can apply for tuition refund within the administrative-fee period, raised by the tutor to Tutor Circle, and ensure that the tutor can receive half of the tuition fee for the attended lessons. > Example(1) Tutoring information: One lesson per week, 1.5 hours per lesson, $200/hour, tuition fee for each lesson is $300. Administrative fee: Two weeks administrative fee is $600. Termination situation: Terminate after attending one lesson of $300. Refund calculation: Tuition fee for attended lessons is $300, tutor can apply for a refund of $150 from us, receiving half of the tuition fee for the attended lesson. > Example(2) Tutoring information: Two lessons per week, 2 hours per lesson, $200/hour, tuition fee for each lesson is $400. Administrative fee: If the case has two weeks administrative fee is capped at $700. Termination situation: Terminate after attending two lessons with a total tuition fee of $800. Refund calculation: Tuition fee for attended lessons is $800, tutor can apply for a refund of the $300 difference from us, together with the $100 paid directly by parents to tutors, tutors will receive a total of $400 which is half of the tuition fee for the attended lessons in this case. | ||
