Process
How Tutor Circle finds tutor for you?
Once you successfully submit application for tuition, we will first confirm the tuition details with you. After confirmation, the tutoring case will be uploaded to our proprietary intelligent automation system.
Qualified tutors will receive tuition invitations, while other tutors can also apply for the tuition case. After professional screening and recommendations by our system and customer service team, you will receive a link to the tutor list.
Once the tutor responds, parents/students need to reconfirm the tutoring details and handle the tuition payment. Our customer service team will then provide the tutor's contact information to facilitate communication and class arrangements.

In addition to tuition fee, are parents/students required to pay any additional fees?
Parents/students only need to pay the tuition fee, Tutor Circle will take care
Can parents/students request a change if they feel the tutor is not suitable??
When parents/students feel the tutor is not suitable, they can directly contact Tutor Circle's customer service team via phone/WhatsApp to request a replacement tutor. There is no additional charge for the replacement, but fees for the classes already attended must still be paid. However, we encourage parents or students to spend a few sessions observing the tutor's performance before requesting a change immediately after the first session. At the beginning of tutoring, both the tutor and student need some time to adjust to each other. Responsible tutors will strive to understand the student and address their weaknesses, which requires some time.
Are free trial sessions available?
Tutor Circle currently does not offer free trial sessions. If parents wish to have a trial session, they can pay for the first class first, and continue if the tutor suits their needs.
Is there a latest reference for private tutoring fees?
